Last year I talked about comparing book shop catalogues. There are lots of them around at Christmas time. Once again I will use them to review a few 2020 favourite titles. I have the catalogues from Abbey's Book Store; Beachside Bookshop Avalon; Berkelouw Books; Dymocks; Gleebooks; and Kinokuniya.
Here are some catalogue highlights:

As I said last time I love comparing the Christmas book catalogues and thinking about:
- Do they list recommended ages?
- How do they group the books?
- Are the kids books at the back of the catalogue or the front or elsewhere?
- How are the author and illustrator acknowledged?
- Which books appear in every catalogue?
- How many pages contain children's titles?
