Meet the illustrator Jess Racklyeft

When I was researching a new book yesterday - The Forgotten Song: Saving the Regent Honeyeater by Coral Vass I searched out Jess Racklyeft's web site and was surprised to see just how many books she has illustrated. The illustrations in her Honeyeater book published by CSIRO are just wonderful - so colourful, lively and joyous.

Here is an interview with Melbourne illustrator Jess Rackyleft. She lists Anna Walker and Jon Klassen as her favourite illustrators. And here is another interview with Books and Publishing.
